A real man finds strength by standing firm in faith.
If you open Real Men: Word Vibes: Man Talk Series 1, you will know what makes a man strong. The world tells us that real men are tough, not displaying their emotions and can handle everything alone. But the Bible paints a very different picture. True strength for a man is not about muscles, ego or money. It is about the strength of his character. It is about standing firm in faith towards God. This means trusting God no matter what life throws at him. This is about taking courage that comes from experiencing who God is.

A real man is a man of prayer. Prayer is not a last resort. It is the first line of defense. Prayer is not just a one-time event, but is constant heartfelt communication with God. This is an important part in our relationship with God, because communication increases connection. Therefore talking to God is how we build a relationship with Him. It is how we express gratitude, ask for help, and find peace and direction for life. Therefore, when we feel worried or scared and do not know what to do, we pray. A real man knows he does not have all the answers, so he takes everything to God in prayer. He understands the value of time spent in prayer to build spiritual strength.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. --Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV)
Being a Real Man Involves Walking in Obedience to God's Word - The Bible
Now more than ever, there is a need for men who will be the expression of manhood according to the Bible the Word of God. God wants men who are honest about their true state (Isaiah 66:2, NKJV). He is most pleased with men who have a Christ like character, just as he was pleased with His first son Jesus Christ who had a childlike (teachable), meek and lowly attitude. (Matthew 11:29, NKJV)

Every time you read Scripture, relying on the Holy Spirit to guide you, you are taught essential lessons that guide your faith and actions. Spending time in Scripture trains you. It helps you clearly understand God’s righteous standards so you can tell and choose right from wrong. It gives you strength when you are weak and tired and reminds you that God's Word is a reliable foundation. A real man does not walk in fear and worry but builds his life on the solid rock of God’s Word.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: --2 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV)
Men, It is God’s will for you to live lives filled with passion and purity. Passion speaks about the things that you are naturally good at; special interests, gifts and talents that God has placed deep in your hearts. ‘Purity refers to that which is clean, undiluted, and uncorrupted. Some men find this early in life and their lives consequently inspire others to follow their example. This can be your experience. You are winners when your lives also have eternal value and significance. This is possible when you experience the New Birth and choose to obey God‘s Word as a lifestyle.
Following Biblical examples of faith

The world’s idea of a strong man is often one of a man who is loud and proud. God’s idea is different. It’s about inner strength and godly character. Consider Jesus the greatest example of a real man who was bold and gentle. In fact, in the Bible, Jesus is described as being both a lion and a lamb. There are several examples of real men in the Bible, men who lived in the past and real men who are alive today. These men lives are a pattern of faith in God and good works, that men today can exemplify.
According to the Bible, being a real man, means being a man of faith in God’s Word. Hebrews 11 (NKJV) shows us examples of some real men of faith. Real men serve others as an expression of their faith, using their gifts to honor God. It means leading their family to love God and choosing to follow God’s will, even when it’s difficult. It signifies working with honesty and seeking God’s approval above all else. To be a man is to protect and provide, not just with your hands, but with your prayers accepting Jesus as Savior as the foundation of your spiritual growth.
