New Creation Realities. New Man-New Family! Part 1
?“I’m so glad I’m a part of the family of God; washed in his fountain; cleansed by his blood; joint-heir with Jesus as I travel along…”
This was once a very popular song that was sung with much excitement and meaning in celebration of becoming a part of the new eternal God-family persons had become a part of.
?It is a great wonder that God includes us in His family; but that is testimony to the complete and powerful work that God is able to do in us by and through the sacrificial life and sinless blood of Jesus Christ.
?Apostle Paul spoke about the expansion of God’s family in his letter from prison to the saints at Ephesus.
“Wherefore, I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory. For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom **the whole family in heaven and earth** is named,”
Ephesians 3:13-15 KJV
This precious New Testament Truth or Reality can be found all through the Bible and was prophesied throughout the Old Testament.
?This Family in the New Creation is ONE family living both in Heaven and on earth; spiritually seated in heavenly places IN Christ. As many as received Christ to them gave He the power to become sons or children God: even to them that believe on his name. John 1:12.
?At 15 years old, I was shocked and happy to know I was literally in the family of God when on the night I received the Holy Spirit the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ brought me into His Throne Room.
I was flooded by the blessed assurance that God was receiving me even as He would Jesus Christ, Himself.
In the process of saving my soul, God had transformed me into being a creature with the same make up as Jesus Christ.
?God is the father of Spirits. His children are Spirit beings living in a human body. If we choose to subject ourselves to the Father of Spirits we will be like Him, and operate as a part of the family of God.

?And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

? Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
2 Corinthians 5:6 KJV
?Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
Hebrews 12:9 KJV
*Reflection*
The New Birth makes you a part of the eternal family of God. Obedience and submission to Him keeps you connected and equips you to fulful your part.
