*Eternal Perspectives Soul Food -Part 2.*
?Can I tell you that the Word or God is more precious than any thing you can imagine? It is good, nourishing food for your soul to become and stay alive unto God.
?There was a time, when like some persons I found the Word of God dull, boring and restrictive. All this changed by the power of the Holy Spirit and my eyes were opened to see that *God and His Word are one* , that the Word of God was His mind and heart expressed; His outstretched arm to me.
? I am now grateful for every good and bad experience that has led me to truly esteem the Word of God as food for my soul and the road map of life.
Since then I have purposely began to seek after God and ask Him to help me to understand and obey His Word which truly has become like
the air I breathe. The Word of God birthed a desire to grow in the knowledge or experience of God and help many persons understand this vital source of life. In fact Life!
God wants to feed our hungry souls in a greater and better way than He did when He was here on earth.
?Can you imagine 4000 men and at another time 5000 men *besides* women and children following Jesus outside the city for a whole day and up to three days with out a food plan?
Women and men normally out number men. So there were thousands more.
Along with being curious about the miracles their souls were hungry.
He was the living Bread of Life. They could not see or get enough of Him. What did He do? He fed their hungry souls
“And Jesus, when he came out saw much people and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.” Mark 6:34.
?Today, Jesus continues His work as a good shepherd feeding His people through ministers He has ordained.
?There are many persons who are hungry but afraid of being misled. God promises to lead those who trust Him completely to good spiritual food to nourish their souls.
We must remember that sin is worst than cancer and aids. It must and can only be destroyed by the Holy Spirit and the power of the Word; for your soul to live.

*Reflection:*
Your soul must have the Bread/Word of God to live. How are you entreating Him?
