*New Creation Realities. Children of Light!*

?God’s spiritual light is His truth, love, peace, purity and life. Satan’s spiritual darkness is his lie, hate, war, impurity and death. Sin!

?Over 2000 years ago, God’s light was manifested on earth in the form of the Jesus Christ. The Prophet Isaiah had prophesied this over 700 years before.

“The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined.” *Isaiah 9:2 KJV*

It was now a reality!

The people who sat in darkness saw a great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up. *Matthew 4:16 KJV*

Sadly though, there were many people who rejected the great light and continued to sit in darkness and death.
*How?*
In him was life; and the life was the light of men. *And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not* John 1:4‭-‬5
*Why?*
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and *men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.* John 3:19

?As a teenager, the day I received the Holy Spirit the light of God flooded my heart. I now know this light was the intense love I felt for God, His Word and people. I wanted everyone to experience this! Since then my heart has always been that God would keep me in the centre of His will to be able to percieive, prefer and walk in His light from any source He chose.

?I have learnt not to chose to judge darkness as only what is seen as blatant sins such as stealing, malice, fornication and lies. God has zoomed the Light of His Word in my heart to show me that impure motives, pride, fear, judgementalism, legalism; in fact anything outside of His character is darkness which requires repentance. It is a turning away from our Father who has no shadow of turning and desires to shine through us as clear, pure lights.

?This my friend I have come to see as only possible by becoming a child of light by the new birth and fully embracing God’s Word as law for one’s life.
As children of light, God now calls us “the light of the world”. As long as we choose to obey Him we are lights in the darkness walking in Him who is the light of light: Jesus. This is much to the delight of the heart of the Father of Lights!

Are you a child of light? God, the Father of lights has a passion to birth children of lights. He wants them to shine in the midst of a hurting, dark and needy world.
This is the only hope
