*New Creation Realities. New Man-New Hope!*
?Have you ever had your hopes dashed to pieces? I am sure it was not a pleasant experience and maybe you felt miserable, hurt and angry. Looking back now maybe you can see why. Was it that your hope was built on a faulty foundation?
Apostle Paul says
“If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
1 Corinthians 15:19 KJV.
?Yes I remember times when I was most miserable. Looking back it was because I wanted and hoped in and for things that were outside of God’s will and timing for my life. Sometimes it is was a good thing, like the desire I had to study overseas or start a business but that was not God’s will for me. Nevertheless, because my hope was deferred my heart was sick or miserable!
“Hope deferred maketh the heart sick:…”
Proverbs 13:12 KJV
?The truth is because of God’s love and mercy in our lives. He sometimes moves in and through people, places and things to strategically position us where we can experience a hope that anchors us.
?One of the most important component of the New Birth experience is the New Hope that God installs in us. It is called a “Lively Hope.” This Hope is Hope of Eternal Life!
which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; Titus 1:2 KJV
?This hope is Jesus Himself who by His Holy Spirit steadfastly anchors our souls in Him who is the Solid Rock.
? It also pushes us to purify ourselves as God is pure.
?It doesnot make us ashamed even when we are shamefully entreated.
? *This New hope we receive at salvation is a joyful hope or expectations in things that are eternal.* It is kept alive by choosing to walk in obedience to the Word of God, prayer, fellowship with God and His people, training in righteousness or discipleship; simply, wholehearted devotion to Jesus Christ. Our goals and aspirations must therefore be set inside of His will for our lives.
?If you are not saved you donot have this “living hope” or sure anchor for your soul but have a hope for those things that cannot satisfy your soul. This is recklessly dangerous and God wants to fix this today! Will you let Him?

*Reflection*
Does your soul have the New Lively, Eternal, Blessed Hope that steadfastly anchors and secures it in Jesus Christ: The Solid Rock of all Ages? If not you must seek for this hope as all other ground is sinking sand.
